Features of bamboo wood pellet production line
1) Factory direct sales bamboo wood pellet production line double-layer die .
2) Vertical feeding, directly in place.
3) Die is static, rollers rotarying; materials are evenly distributed around, because of centrifugal force.
4) Doublelayer die. Two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost; What's more, two layers of the die also can be used at the same time, in this way, the efficiency has been improved greatly, high capacity and save energy.
5) Ring die and vertical structure are useful in cooling pelletizing room.
6) Independent and frequency conversion discharge device can ensure the rate of pellet formation.
7) Auto oil adding and lubrication.
The complete wood pellet making production line is composed the following steps.
Step1:Crushing
1) Before raw materials are made into biomass pellets of wood pellet machine,they are firstly reduced into smaller, uniform- sized particles. When the thickness is larger than 6 mm or size is greater than 50*50 mm, a wood pellet machine is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces.
Step2:Drying
2) After all the raw material of wood pellet machine are crushed, dryer will be needed since for the most raw materials have the moisture content of about 50%.However, in general the optimal moisture content for pelletiztion is 13%-15%. Therefore, a rotary dryer is included in the wood pellet machine to reduce the moisture content.
Step3:Pelletizing
3) After crushing and drying all the raw materials properly, it is ready for the wood pellet machine. The wood pellet machine or press is the key piece of machine in the wood pellet plant. Wood pellet machine should be mentioned that impurities for the raw materials just like metal or stone, may damage the die and rollers of pellet machine.
Step4:Cooling
4) Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellet can reach almost60-80degrees, and also the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must be used to reduce the surface temperature and moisture content.
Step5:Packing
5) Finally is the packing process of wood pellet making line. Inorder to protect the wood pellets from getting damaged and to increase storability, proper packing is necessary.
